What is the Vitality Series Package?

With the Vitality Series Package, simply purchase 5 sessions of the same treatment—whether it’s your go-to massage or that facial you can’t live without—and we’ll give you the 6th session free. It’s a perfect way to make your wellness journey more rewarding and easier to keep up with!

Package Details:

• 5 Sessions of the Same Treatment: Select and purchase your preferred massage or facial and enjoy it across five visits.

• 6th Session is Complimentary: After the fifth session, you’ll receive the 6th treatment of the same as purchased for free.

• Remedial Massages: Can be purchased as part of series package. Full payment for the package is required upfront. After each session, we will provide a manual health fund claims receipt to submit for rebate.

• Consistent Care for Lasting Benefits: Regular treatments offer maximum benefit, helping you look and feel your best month after month.

Vitality Series Package – Terms and Conditions

1. Same Treatment Requirement: The Vitality Series Package requires purchasing five sessions of the same treatment (e.g., a specific type of massage or facial). The complimentary 6th session will be the same treatment as the five purchased sessions.

2. No Changes or Substitutions: Once purchased, the treatment type in the package cannot be changed or substituted for a different treatment.

3. Non-Transferable: The Vitality Series Package is intended for the exclusive use of the purchasing individual. It cannot be transferred to family members, friends, or any other individuals.

4. Expiration of Package: All six treatments (the five purchased treatments and the complimentary one) must be redeemed within 24 months from the date of purchase. Unused treatments will expire after this period and cannot be refunded.

5. No Refunds or Credits: The Vitality Series Package is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Unused treatments do not have cash value and cannot be exchanged for credits or other services.

6. Scheduling Requirements: Appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking sessions in advance to secure your preferred time slots.

7. Loyalty Points: Members will receive 100 bonus loyalty points in additional to the points earned from the total amount spent on purchasing the Vitality Series Package. All points will be credited to your account upon completion of the purchase.

8. No Additional Discounts or Promotions: This package may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers.

9. Health and Eligibility: If there is a health condition that might affect your ability to receive the treatment, please consult with our spa team prior to purchase, as treatments cannot be substituted after purchase.

10. Policy Changes: Day Spa reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Vitality Series Package at any time.
