ABOUT ME:
I have extensive experience working with all age groups, young to old. I spent six years working at a GPS school training hundreds of students including absolute beginners and international level athletes. For more than a decade I have provided training for those 80 years and older. I have spent many years learning directly from many of the world’s trainers and coaches. Twenty years training in martial arts. Former intern at the University of Oxford, UK.
