ABOUT ME:
I play rugby union for Northern Suburbs (Previously playing semi-professionally for Southern Knights in Scotland), I have also previously played Water Polo semi-professionally. I’m currently in my final year of my Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science at UTS. I have 10 year’s experience in the fitness and sporting industry, ranging from personal training, strength and conditioning with elite and young athletes and a range of sports coaching.

About Me:
I grew up always playing sport, but was particularly involved in rowing and basketball in my high school years. As I've gone through my studies, I've found a passion for using exercise to help people with a range of goals, ages and abilities to create their healthiest and happiest self. I believe it is possible to enjoy all things in life, while still maintaining a healthy lifestyle!
