GYM INDUCTION

If it's your first time visiting us or you need a helping hand with our fitness equipment, we offer a 30 minute induction session with one of our staff to show you how it all works.

We'll show you:

- What the machine does and how to tell what muscle groups it works

- How to adjust the machines to your height and preferences

- How to log your workout on the Technogym Mywellness app; for easy tracking and recording. Mywellness accounts can be set up in advance if this is a service you'd like to use.

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

At the Sporting Club of Sydney, we believe in helping you achieve your best self. That’s why we offer a complimentary 30 minute session focused on your specific needs.

 

What to Expect:

- Goal Setting: Together, we’ll set realistic and achievable fitness goals to keep you motivated and on track.

- Body Composition Analysis: We'll measure your body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more to give you a clear picture of your starting point using our Bio-electrical Impedance Tanita scales.

- Functional Movement Screening: Identify strengths and areas for improvement with our movement screening, designed to enhance your performance and prevent injuries.

- Personalised Evaluation: Our trainers will assess your current fitness level, composition analysis and movement screening.
